Refund Policy

Thank you for your recent registration and payment towards that. We would like you see you at the event/class. In an unavoidable situation, if you cannot make it to the event/class, you can request a refund by emailing to [email protected] or sending a message via contact us page. Refund will be processed based on the guidelines outlined below.

  • For any event, full refund will be issued if you contact us a week(7 days) before the event date. If you contact us anytime after that, we will hold 10% of the fees and refund the remaining amount.
  • For any class, if you haven't received any materials from ARAM for the class, refund will be issued minus PayPal processing fee. If you received materials from ARAM for the class, no refund will be issued.
