These By-Laws describe the basic rules and responsibilities of the organization. Members must follow the guidelines, maintain discipline, and support all activities. The Executive Committee will manage decisions, meetings, and overall administration. All finances will be handled transparently and used only for official purposes. Elections will be conducted fairly, and any changes to the By-Laws must be approved by the members.
