About Us

ARAM was founded in March 2 2016 by Mr. Sriram Sankaranarayanan with the support of his friends / core-members (Mr.Manikandan Natarajan, Mr.Lakshminarayanan Subramanian, Mr.Ganeshkumar Jayaraman, Mr.Suthan Periasamy, Mr.Prakash Vishwanathan, Mrs.Nithya Palanisamy, Mrs.Subhasri Mani) as a nonprofit cultural organization based in the United States, dedicated to preserving Indian heritage while empowering the community through education, service, and the arts. Founded by a group of passionate volunteers, ARAM creates a vibrant platform for Indian-American families to stay connected to their roots while making meaningful contributions both locally and globally.

Our mission is to promote cultural pride, provide financial assistance in the areas of education and healthcare for the underprivileged, and mobilize volunteers for impactful community service across the U.S. and India. Through year-round events, educational programs, and artistic showcases, ARAM nurtures a strong, inclusive, and service-minded community.

In its 10th year, ARAM continues to uplift lives-one tradition, one event, and one act of service at a time.
